Excellent and responsive customer service (above and beyond), very user friendly OS, extremely dependable printers requiring minimal maintenance, very knowledgeable staff training many of our teachers and troubleshooting, student friendly program for creating projects

Learning and understanding the technology and the maintenance requirements of the printers.

Jamie and Laura starting into 3D printing through a grant fund and have been champions of of the technology ever since. Their printer is located in the school library and is readily available for students and teachers to access. Having used 3D printing at their school before, they were able to identify the importance of support and training right away. It's great to have two educators that oversee the adaptation of 3D printing as they do! Way to go!

The simplicity of the cloud software. It's really easy to queue items, repair them, and slice them. If I can use it, anyone can.

 Learning what prints well and what doesn't as well as using supports.
